Products can be easily discontinued by clicking on Products in your sidebar navigation and selecting the category in which your product is classified. This will take you to a page listing all products in that category.
Clicking on the orange “Discontinue” button, in the same row as the product, will place the product onto the “Discontinued” products tab and removes it from all search options on The Lighting Exchange® and from Agency Line Cards. Discontinuing a product also automatically notifies any user who has said product listed within a project’s fixture schedule on The Lighting Exchange®.
This is the only way for a user to remove or delete a product once it’s been added to the system.
Did you discontinue a product in error? No worries, you can go to the “Discontinued” tab on your products page and hit the blue “Re-publish” button to get it back into your published queue.
