Save time by assigning assets to multiple products at the same time! Navigate to the Storage section of the sidebar navigation of The Lighting Exchange®, and choose either ‘Product Assets’ or ‘Company Resources’ at the top of the screen. Here you can choose an existing asset category, such as Specsheets or Install Guides.
Once you’ve chosen your asset, go to the Actions column and click the Products button to view or edit which products that asset is assigned to.
Add as many applicable tags as you’d like by using the dropdown menu or begin typing to find a specific product. Assets can also easily be added to all products by choosing the ‘All Products’ tag.
Once you’ve hit the save button at the bottom of the screen, that asset will automatically be attached to the products you’ve selected and viewable by your agents.
