Our Advanced Web subscribers have the option to add additional media for a product in the ‘Media’ tab when editing a product. These additional images or video assets will show in your product page carousel slider on your website, but the “Featured Image” on the “Details” tab will always show up first in this slider.
You will upload media by clicking ‘Add Image’ or ‘Add Video’ and saving your changes at the bottom of the page.
Videos can be added via embedded code, and our recommended image file type is .PNG with a transparent background. Other accepted file types are .JPEG and .GIF.
You’ll also have the ability to select already uploaded Application Images that include the product that you’re editing into the rotation of media. If you’d like to upload new photos, head over to the “Application Photo” section of The Lighting Exchange®. Once they have been uploaded you can then include them by selecting images on this page. Don’t forget to click ‘Save’!
