How to Contact Support

We work hard to make The Lighting Exchange® a seamless platform for our users, but sometimes things come up, errors may arise, and questions need to be answered. If you need to get a hold of someone concerning an issue, question, or feedback please email [email protected] or reach out to us in our Chat support and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We’re here for you. When you reach out using the blue support chat button, rest assured that you’re speaking to a real person! Whether you have a quick question, need assistance tracking something down, or just want to say hello – we’ll respond in under two minutes!

Support ChatOur support chat is the icon in the bottom right that is always on every screen within The Lighting Exchange® portal. Here you can ask our team questions and get assistance. You can also view previous chat messages if you find yourself needing to refer back to something!

Please keep in mind that our chat support hours are 7 AM – 7 PM eastern time.
