Sharing an asset is easy! Navigate to the Storage section of the sidebar navigation. Storage will show you all product assets and company resources you’ve uploaded to The Lighting Exchange®. Choose a specific tab, type into the search bar, or search All Files to find the asset you’d like to share. Product Assets houses documents like Specsheets, Photometry, and Install Guides, while Company Resources will have Warranty information, Terms & Conditions, and Price Guides.
Click the ‘Share’ button to open a pop-up window allowing you to share only to internal company users with access to The Lighting Exchange®, or allow internal company users and agents to view and download your file.
The clipboard button will copy the shareable URL to your clipboard, and the link button will download the file to your computer, making it easy for you to share assets in whatever way works best for you!
