Advanced Web users have the ability to choose the visibility of their products. Product Visibility will affect how the product displays on your website, as well as on your agencies line cards.
When adding or editing a product, navigate to the Status section of the product screen. Choose your status as either Active, Draft, or Discontinued.
Under the ‘Product Visibility’ dropdown menu, you can decide if you’d like your product to be displayed only on your website only, on your agent’s website only, or everywhere.
It’s important to note that if a product is made to be only visible on your website, it will not be visible on your agencies line cards, or searchable anywhere other than on your website.
Remember that you are able to edit a product at anytime, changing the status or visibility when you need to. Don’t forget to save your changes at the bottom of the screen!
