In the Agency portal, your reps have access to view your resources in a couple of different ways:
- The Asset Downloads section of The Lighting Exchange® houses all of your resources. Your reps can easily locate your documents by filtering through the dropdown menu.
Clicking on the green button will allow you to quickly copy the link of the file, while choosing the link button will take you directly to the file in a new window.
2. Reps can also find your resources by navigating to the Manufacturer’s Profile through the Manufacturer Search. Here they will find resources under the Product Asset and Company Resources tabs. Resources can include anything from shipping terms and price guides, to spec sheets and install guides.
3. For our Advanced Web manufacturers, your agents can also find your resources out on your website It’s important to note that your price guides are only accessible to your agents within their LEX portal.
